We strive to deliver your package within 7 days after you receive a confirmation of your order. We will get in touch with you to arrange a meeting point for your order to be delivered in Malta.

Should you need a quicker delivery, please send an email on and this can be arranged for you.


To be eligible for returns products must be returned within 15 days of when products were delivered to you, and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 49, Highgrove Apt 605, Triq il-Kwarta Ibrag SWQ2045.

Refunds are conducted on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment, where possible.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you use the registered mail service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the products are faulty the postage costs will be refunded.
